important update for acl wic cards
New ACL WIC Swipe Card
The New WIC EBT cards will become active starting
June 1, 2026. The new cards will enhance your shopping experience by offering new features for improved convenience.
The WIC EBT cards will be loaded on a three months basis. Since we started issuing on June 1, 2026, only June was loaded for all participants.
The three months started in July, which consisted of July, August and September 2026. Next three months will consist of October, November and December 2026. Therefore, if you come in in August only August and September will be loaded on your WIC EBT card. If you come in-in September only September will be loaded on your WIC EBT card.
ACL WIC EBT Information
Lost/Stolen eWIC Cards
If you loose your ACL WIC
EBT Card please call the WIC office immediately. In order to get a new card you will need to lock the lost/stolen card in myWIC App. or call one of the ACL WIC staff and they will lock your card.

You can also call ACL WIC at 505-366-9531/9532, as sometimes our phone lines go out.
Formula Issuance
Infant formula will be issued monthly to participants whos infants are on formula. Please come to the WIC office or the satellite sites at the beginning of the month to pick up formula, if you want your full amount of formula. If you come later in the month you will not get your full formula, it will be prorated to lower amount.

We are currently contracted with Wal-Mart Stores (13 Wal-Mart Stores in the Albuquerque Area ONLY and one Wal-Mart Store in Grants).
We are not contracted with any Wal-Mart stores in Rio Rancho, Bernalillo or Los Lunas areas or anywhere outside of Albuquerque.

First Participant to be issued a eWIC Card
