Change in Phone Numbers or Address

If you have changed your phone number or changed your address, please let the ACL WIC Office know as soon as possible so we can update your changes in our system. Since we are mailing out eWIC Cards, educational information, appointment and re-certification appointments to participants your mail will not get returned by US Postal Service. We are still doing remote certification (over the phone), it is very important to let us know of the changes so, you will receive your eWIC Card on time and other information in the mail. There have been some mail coming back to our office as "Return to Sender Address Not Known" and some phone numbers no longer in service.
