ACL WIC EBT IMPLEMENTATION

All participants should have received an eWIC card and setup a four-digit pin number for their eWIC Card. Please be patient with us as we know continue run into some problems especially implementing a new software and E-WIC Card. Keep in mind, the E-WIC cards will have all the quarts, ounces, pounds and & dollar amount for the Cash Value Benefits combined if, there is more than one family member in your WIC household. The food benefits on the E-WIC Card will end the 30th of each month so, you will need to make sure you are redeeming your food benefits by the 30th of each month.

The ACL WIC eWIC is offline, which means you have to bring in your eWIC card to the ACL WIC Office to reload your card. We reload your card for three months at a time. Therefore, you will only be coming to the ACL WIC Office four times a year to load your eWIC card. We are not like the NM WIC program which is online, which means they can automatically get their cards reloaded without coming to an office. Therefore, please

ACL WIC E-WIC Information

Lost/Stolen eWIC Cards

If you loose your ACL WIC

E-WIC Card please call the WIC office immediately. In order to get a new card we will need to lock the lost/stolen card. You will have to wait three days for a new card to be re-issued to you.

You can also call ACL WIC at 505-366-9531/9532, as sometimes our phone lines go out.

Formula Issuance

Lost/Stolen eWIC Cards

Infant formula will be issued monthly to participants whos infants are on formula. Please come to the WIC office or the satellite sites at the beginning of the month to pick up formula, if you want your full amount of formula. If you come later in the month you will not get your full formula, it will be prorated to lower amount.

Down load the Bnft app for wic shopping

Bnft App

Please download the mobile Bnft App to view your food benefits issued on your card, and to view your transactions activity and your balance. You can also scan food items to see if they are WIC approved food items

Follow the instructions on the left to setup your Bnft App. You will need to enter the primary endorsers date of birth, which is the primary parent we have in our software system.

If you have any issues setting up your Bnft App, please call WIC office to see if your date of birth is correct in our new software system.

ACL WIC E-WIC REDEMPTION VIDEO

ACL WIC Program has implemented the E-WIC cards and to understand the use of the redemption process we encourage everyone to visit our ACLWIC.ORG website and view the E-WIC Redemption Video so you can eliminate any issues you might encounter at the store when redeeming your benefits. Please follow the process in the video by inserting your card into the card reader to see your benefits and the cashier can view too. Keep in mind, you should NOT HAVE TO PAY for any WIC FOOD items, WIC IS FREE!
